Leading university started its journey on 4th March
2002 with the enlightened vision and mission of providing
an international standard education. Since the inception
of its journey it has been conduction its education
programs with greater passion and success. It has
an environment that reflects our commitment to innovative
technology, modern business philosophy, enriched education
and dynamic learning relationships with community,
employers, and society.
I am delighted to be part of this university. I wish
to extend an especial warm welcome to our founder
Chairman Mr. Ragib Ali.
I also wish to congratulate the founder as an exceptional
figure as he is an astute industrialist and a gifted
national and regional personality. His contribution
still remains valuable to intellectual selection of
people and the poor community in particular and he
is the centre piece of his university. I thank all
of you for what you are doing and will continue to
do. My main objective, which carrying out my responsibilities
here in this university, will be to uplift the standard
of education and over-all administrative activities.
I am very much sanguine of significant contributions
to all concerned of this university.
The mission and vision of this University is to provide
quality education in the fields of Science, Engineering
and Business, and at the same time to produce skilled
professionals with high standard of moral values.
In pursuit of the above mentioned goal LU has befitting
infrastructure, congenial environment, well equipped
laboratories and highly qualified experienced faculty
and all necessary components to make it an cutting
edge of research and technology, with an emphasis
on innovation in all aspects of our curriculum. Innovation
combined with a commitment to excellent institute
of higher education that is responsive to society’s
needs and is able to develop leaders to deliver international
comparable education to the students, engineers and
business professionals to build appropriate infrastructure.
