Area of Study

Areas of Research:

Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits:

  • CMOS submicron integrated circuits for energy efficient Terabit/s rate on chip, chip to chip and data center wireless interconnects.
  • IC design, CMOS-based RF and mmWave architectures and phased-arrays.
  • Clock Data Recovery and timing circuits (CDR/PLL) for high-speed interconnects.
  • High-speed Analog-to-digital converters: Continuous-Time Delta-Sigma and RF-to-digital conversion architectures.

 

Meanwhile, I have worked as a Summer 2016 intern at ON Semiconductor as a CMOS Image Sensor Design Engineer.
